JobSheet Terms of Use

Version: 2026-06-11
Effective date: 2026-06-11

These Terms of Use apply to your use of JobSheet, including the JobSheet website, web app, early access trial, support services and related software features.

By creating an account or using JobSheet, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you are using JobSheet for a business, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these terms for that business.

1. About JobSheet

JobSheet is browser-based business software for small Australian trades and service businesses. It helps users create and manage records such as quotes, invoices, cash sales, payments, customers, expenses, suppliers, reports and related business information.

JobSheet is a registered business name of 21 TWELVE CONSULTING PTY LTD ABN 31 692 386 771.

2. Early access and trial use

JobSheet may be offered as an early access product, free trial or pilot service before wider public release.

During early access, JobSheet will continue to be refined and improved. Features may be updated, added or adjusted as the product develops, and we will make those changes carefully to minimise disruption to the service.

Unless we clearly state otherwise, free trial or early access use does not create a right to continued free use.

3. Your account

You are responsible for:

  • providing accurate account and business information
  • keeping your login details secure
  • controlling who has access to your account
  • telling us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authority
  • making sure your use of JobSheet complies with laws that apply to your business

You must not share login details in a way that allows unauthorised access to JobSheet.

4. Business records and user content

You remain responsible for the information you enter into JobSheet, including customer details, invoice details, quote details, payment records, expense records, supplier records, business settings, tax settings and report inputs.

You retain ownership of the business data and content you enter into JobSheet. You give us permission to store, process, display, back up and transmit that information as reasonably needed to provide JobSheet and related support.

You are responsible for checking that documents and records created through JobSheet are accurate before sending, printing, relying on or giving them to another person.

5. Accounting, tax and legal responsibility

JobSheet is not a registered tax agent, BAS agent, accountant, bookkeeper, lawyer or financial adviser.

JobSheet may help create records and reports that are useful for business administration, bookkeeping and accountant review. It does not replace professional advice.

You are responsible for:

  • checking invoices, quotes, expenses, payments and reports
  • confirming GST, BAS, PAYG/IAS, TPAR and other reporting requirements with your accountant, bookkeeper or adviser
  • making sure your business records comply with applicable laws
  • lodging any tax, accounting or government forms correctly and on time

6. Acceptable use

You must not use JobSheet to:

  • break the law
  • send misleading, fraudulent, abusive or unlawful material
  • access or attempt to access another user’s account or data
  • interfere with the security or operation of JobSheet
  • upload malicious code or attempt to damage JobSheet systems
  • copy, reverse engineer, scrape or misuse the software except where allowed by law
  • use JobSheet in a way that may harm other users, the service or our reputation

7. Email, document output and delivery

JobSheet may allow documents such as invoices, quotes, cash sale records and related messages to be emailed, downloaded, printed or otherwise output.

You are responsible for checking recipient details, document content and delivery method before sending or using any document.

We may use third-party service providers to deliver email or host documents and systems. Delivery of email or documents can depend on third-party systems, recipient mail services, internet access and technical factors outside our direct control.

8. Availability and changes

We aim to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee that JobSheet will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free or compatible with every device, browser, printer or network.

We may update, maintain, suspend or change parts of JobSheet from time to time. Where practical, we will try to minimise disruption.

9. Backups and data protection

We take reasonable steps to protect and back up JobSheet systems and data. However, no online system can be guaranteed to be completely secure or free from failure.

You should keep any records, exports or copies that your business is legally required to keep.

10. Fees and paid plans

JobSheet may currently be offered as a free trial or early access service. Paid plans, pricing, inclusions and billing terms may be introduced later.

Before charging a subscription fee for JobSheet, we will provide information about the relevant pricing, billing cycle, payment method, GST treatment and any payment processing fees that may apply.

Unless we clearly state otherwise, free trial or early access use does not create a right to continued free use.

11. Suspension or termination

We may suspend or restrict access to JobSheet if:

  • we reasonably believe your account has been misused
  • your use creates a security, legal, operational or service risk
  • you seriously breach these Terms of Use
  • payment is required in future and remains unpaid after reasonable notice
  • we need to protect JobSheet, other users or third-party systems

Where practical, we will give notice and a reasonable opportunity to fix the issue.

You may stop using JobSheet at any time. You can contact us if you need help exporting or deleting business data, subject to technical, legal and backup limitations.

12. Liability

To the extent allowed by law, JobSheet is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We are not liable for business decisions, tax lodgements, accounting treatment, missed obligations, lost profits, loss of goodwill, indirect loss or consequential loss arising from your use of JobSheet.

Nothing in these Terms of Use excludes, restricts or modifies rights that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law.

13. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store and disclose personal information.

By using JobSheet, you agree that we may handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time.

If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify users, such as by updating the website, showing an in-app notice or requiring users to accept the updated terms.

Continued use of JobSheet after updated terms take effect means you accept the updated terms.

15. Governing law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia.

The parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Australia and the courts that hear appeals from them.
